Monthly maintenance |
| During maintenance of the lifting platform, if personnel enter the working platform, they must be lifted to prevent the sudden fall and cause death. A. Check the lubricating mills and brackets of rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, cylinder pin shafts and bearings, arm shafts and bearings, etc. B. Lubricating the above parts to extend bearing life C. Check hydraulic oil quality and oil level. When the lifting platform is raised to the highest level, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the mailbox. The oil color of the hydraulic oil becomes darker and the oil is sticky. |

Second, year-end maintenance |

| A. Check the hydraulic and pipeline connection parts. The pipeline should be replaced immediately if it is damaged. B. Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, use compressed air to remove the core after the name, and it will work well. C. Discharge all the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank. Open the fuel tank, remove the suction filter, wash it and put it back into the fuel tank, install it in place, and fill the mailbox with new oil. |
